Chocolates

Our chocolates and truffles can be purchased loose and we also have hand wrapped gift boxes.

Our handmade truffles are made with the original liqueurs such as Kirsch, Amaretto, Grand Marnier and Cointreau. Our chocolate selection contain Belgian pralines and Swiss Gianduja, French griottes and raspberries. We use traditional Swiss recipes and only Swiss or Belgian chocolate.

We also enrobe our own candied orange and ginger.

Marzipan animals

The specialist work of making these delightful animals is undertaken by one man, Raymond Hall, who as a former Director of Maison Sagne "officially retired" when Patisserie Valerie bought the business in May 1993. However, Raymond quickly realised how much he loved and missed his work and was soon back working part-time. His many different creations are popular with customers of all ages and over the years have also become collectable items for many of Valerie's customers. Long may the tradition continue.

Marzipan is modelled by hand into a wide assortment of animals and figures, with specialities for Easter and Christmas at our Marylebone branch for well over 40 years.

The marzipan is made from almonds and sugar. Most of our marzipan animals and figures are sold for £3.50, although some of the larger and more detailed figures at Easter and Christmas are £4.50.

Valentine's Day

On Valentine' Day our hand decorated Chocolate Boxes and gift wrapped chocolate hearts make the ideal gift.

At Easter our windows are full of chocolate bunnies and handmade chocolate eggs not found any where else in London.
