The unique café atmosphere includes remnances of the fifties epitomised by the now famous Toulouse–Lautrec style cartoons by Terroni. In the summer of 1999 the experience was further enhanced by the opening of a 50 seat café on the first floor. Catering for English and Continental Breakfast, light lunches and snacks, but above all the finest loose leaf teas and Italian coffee and excellent patisserie throughout the day – a visit to one of Soho's remaining institutions “Patisserie Valerie” continues to be a must.
