Profiteroles Valerie style

Sample prices, allowing a generous three profiteroles per person

The price is calculated by the portion. £3.50 per portion. 50 portions would cost 50 x £3.50 = £175 Sizes range from 20 portions minimum to a maximum of 120 portions.

A creative alternative to a traditional tiered wedding cake. The profiteroles can be filled with any of the following flavoured creams:

Chantilly (sweetened fresh cream)
St. Honore
Dark Chocolate
Sabayon

The profiteroles are then enrobed in a rich dark Belgian chocolate cream and finally decorated with swirls of white chocolate, dark chocolate or a combination of the two.
