Assistant Manager

Our Assistant Store Managers contribute to our success by helping our Store Managers create and deliver an amazing experience for our customers serving high quality handmade artisan cakes and patisseries.

You will be second in command and integral to running the business alongside the Store Manager.

As an Assistant Store Manager, we ask that you:

  • Are passionate about delivering first class customer service
  • You are organised, have great communication skills and have the ability to drive sales on a daily basis
  • Run successful shifts, motivating the team to reach targets and achieve great standards
  • Inspirational and a ‘go to’ person for the team

What you will need:

  • Have Management experience from within a customer service environment
  • You are willing to learn, and want to grow
