Excellent cake, such a delicious symphony of flavours

A cake that perhaps only Patisserie Valerie can make it right. The layers were rich and flavourful, and the sabayon cream added a perfect touch. It looked beautiful and was a real centerpiece for the celebration.

I brought this cake for my mums birthday recently, it came frozen to ensure freshness, this cake tasted insanely amazing, looks insane I will buy this again at some point soon I can not recommend this cake enough
