Once you have selected your Cream Tea, you need to choose any extras you may like, such as a Happy Birthday topper, candles or a personal inscription. Once you have confirmed your Cream tea order, it is then expertly handmade, baked, decorated and boxed by our team. Your Cream Tea box goodies are then frozen to lock in the flavours and freshness, and packed with dry ice to ensure it's safe delivery to your home. DPD are our delivery partners and they will allocate you a time slot for your delivery. Your Cream Tea box will arrive frozen and require between three to four hours to defrost in a cool place, or overnight in your fridge. Once defrosted, your Afternoon Tea will be ready for you and your lucky guests to enjoy.

All our online cakes are available for delivery throughout mainland UK (excluding highlands and islands).

When should I order my birthday cake online?

We have delivery slots upto 90 days in advance. For birthdays and special occassions, we strongly recommend picking a delivery date at least 1 day before your event.

Don't worry though, if you're in a rush we offer next day delivery too!

Can I customise my cake?

We have lots of different options for your cake you can add using the drop downs above as well as hand piped inscriptions and handwritten cards. Many of our customers add their own personal touches like their own cake toppers too!

How will the cake arrive?

Patisserie Valerie cakes are freshly baked and flash-frozen before dispatch to make sure they arrive in perfect condition. For birthdays and special occassions, we recommend picking a delivery date at least 1 days before the big day.

How do I handle any issues with my order?
