Two Tier Fresh Berry Cake

Our Two Tier Fresh Berry Cake is baked fresh, then frozen and packed with dry ice to protect its beautiful appearance during transport and, of course, to ensure it tastes completely fresh for your special occasion. You will need to defrost your cake before consumption, you can do this overnight in the fridge for a minimum of 8 hours.

We require 72 hours’ notice for delivery, or you can choose a specific delivery date in the future! Again, be sure to account for defrosting time when choosing your date. You can also order and pay for our Two Tier Fresh Berry Cake with a member of team in our patisseries . Please note we  require 72 hours’ notice for local cake shop collection orders.

2 TIER FRESH BERRY - CHOCOLATE

Ingredient list: Chocolate Sponge (Sugar, Wheat Flour, Dried Whole Egg, Wheat Starch, Fat Reduced Cocoa Powder, Raising Agents, Emulsifiers, Chocolate, Dried Egg White, Skimmed Milk Powder, Vegetable Oil, Water), Chocolate Cream (Water, Dark Chocolate, Sugar, Modified Starch, Skimmed Milk Powder, Lactose and Milk Proteins, Coconut Oil, Gelling Agents, Firming Agent, Flavouring, Colour, Stabiliser, Sugar, Whipping Cream), Swiss Meringue Buttercream (Egg White, Sugar, Butter, Margarine, Vanilla Essence), Fresh Cream (Whipping Cream, Sugar, Stabiliser), Strawberries, Blackberries, Blueberries, Raspberries.
